Yucht Rhoda is the Executive Director of CACOD, the Consumer
Advisory Council of the Disabled, serving Monmouth County, NJ.

Emilie
J.Johnson Emilie had a BAS.in Sociology/Psychology from Richard
Stockton State College of New Jersey. She
worked in Customer Relations and the Social Services field & had
been involved with various boards/organizations dealing with the
disabled community. Emilie’s personal
interests included all aspects of the arts, particularly music; sports,
avid reader, and finally a computer nerd. She
also enjoyed being involved an active in her church. Emilie became a
paraplegic after a pool accident at age 16. Before her death in May,
2003, she had begun to develop a program for the disabled. She even
received a state grant for her work. When she became too ill to
continue, Rhoda Yucht became involved and has made sure the Emilie's
dream lives on.
